Handi Access Inc. founded in 1993 by Franklyn Dunn, specializes in Rascal Scooters and Power Chairs and has come a long way from its beginnings as a home-based business. In 2008 the company expanded into Tri State Handi Access Inc., we provide service not only for the units we sell, but also for products sold by any other dealer; for most major brands of mobility scooters, power chairs, and lift chairs. The passion for providing customers with the best equipment and service gave Franklyn a vision to find new ways to provide a safe environment for customers to test the products. This vision drove him to partner with Sean Jones, their intense research gave them the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into a comfortable relaxing Showroom and Service Center.

Our lightweight three and four-wheel scooters make mobility easier for seniors and people with a disability. Whether you need the maneuverability of a three-wheel model or the rugged stability of a four-wheel model, we will assist you in getting around freely. We offer you a comprehensive selection of lift chairs to meet your every need, ranging from a basic two-position electric recliner to a zero gravity position electric recliner. In addition, we also offer a wide range of products designed especially for seniors or those with a disability; some include batteries, Rollators, ramps, Weatherbreaker canopies/covers, manual wheelchairs, and a wide variety of medical supplies.
